Join us at our annual career fair!

Join us for the CIC Toronto Section’s annual Career Fair hosted at the University of Toronto on April 28th, 2017. Aimed towards graduate students, postdocs and early career members in the chemical sciences, this event seeks to provide you with the skills and connections required to begin your career with confidence! Representatives from a variety of organizations ranging from local start-ups, not-for-profits, incubators, and multinational companies that span a wide range of fields and disciplines will be in attendance. Events include a panel discussion, talks, a booth session during lunch, a job searching strategy workshop, and round table discussions, all of which will provide the opportunity to network with fellow attendees and industry representatives.

Participating organizations and companies include: MaRS, Ontario Centres of Excellence, VWR, Bereskin and Parr, Ridout and Maybee, Vive Crop, Digital Specialty Chemicals, Mitacs, GreenCentre Canada, the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research, Toronto Research Chemicals, Impact Center, Inkbox, Bruker, and more.

This year, Digital Specialty Chemicals (DSC) and Inkbox (click on the name for job posting) will hold on-site interviews for current job openings. The deadline for applications is April 14th, 2017.

Discounted tickets are available at $5 per person for current CIC members, graduate students and postdoctoral fellows. Regular priced tickets for non-members are $25 per person.
