The theme for our upcoming Café CIC is caffeine! Joshua Campos, owner of The Coffee Lab will give a presentation titled ‘Coffee – The Brews and Don’ts. Joshua was trained at the American Barista and Coffee School in Portland, Oregon and will talk about the science of coffee, as well as demonstrate brewing techniques.
