In collaboration with Women in Chemistry Toronto (WICTO), a mentorship program was established to match graduate student mentors with undergraduate mentees.

For graduate mentors: develop your leadership and professionalism, gain experience in advising students interested in your field, and gain interpersonal and leadership skills vital to most professions outside of graduate school

For undergraduate mentees: learn from a diverse set of mentors about pursuing higher science, be exposed to a variety of role models and ambassadors who approach science in unique ways and can provide valuable perspectives. The various backgrounds of the mentors will help improve and promote inclusiveness in STEM culture
