Our Career Exploration Series (CES) launched in 2019 to showcase different career paths that chemistry and chemical engineering alumni have taken upon completing their education. Each event features a different speaker, each with their own unique career story to share. About our Speaker:
I am a Chemist, a Materials Scientist, a project manager, and currently, a CEO. I am passionate about being the change I’d like to see in the world, leading by example, and making an impact. And over my 13-year international career, I’ve done exactly that – I’ve shaped and influenced the translation of research as an individual contributor (10 first-authored peer-reviewed publications), I’ve developed and grown cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to achieve more than any single individual contributor could, and I’ve navigated R&D projects to successfully deliver tangible products and processes for commercial applications (5 granted patents, 4 MVPs, >$700k in strategic cost-saving initiatives).
